Application Guide

All applicants must;
1. Submit an “Information Sheet” to Phoenix Leader Education Program Office
2. Prepare “Research Plan”
3. Find potential adviser from the item “10. The List of the Program Members” at Application Guide
4. Consult potential adviser, submit an “Information Sheet” and “Research Plan” for consideration
5. Obtain his/her consent
before applying to a graduate program.

<Qualifications for Application>
Please confirm your eligibility to apply in the admission guide and determine whether you need eligibility screening or not.  For those individuals who need to undergo Preliminary Evaluation for Application Eligibility, the required documents must be submitted by 5 P.M. on Monday, December 3, 2018.
